The Columbus Saints are an inclusive, low cost, weekend-only competitive drum and bugle corps open to all ages. The Saints compete in DCI All-Age, complete a regional tour, ending at Lucas Oil Stadium at DCI World Championships. Since 2003, we’ve cultivated a vibrant community of musicians dedicated to crafting highly entertaining and fun performances.

As of March 2025, the corps has these remaining openings :
- 5 guard (flag, and rifle)
- 8 battery (3 snares, 2 tenors, 3 basses)
- 8 brass (2 trpts, 3 mellos, 1 bari, 2 tubas)
- 7 front ensemble (drum set, guitar, synth, rack, mallets)

Corps Staff
Take The Field
For membership within the Saints, you must complete the interest form, attend an upcoming rehearsal, and find your placement with the corps. No age limit, just bring the passion and dedication to excel! Beginners, high schoolers, even drum corps or band veterans – all welcome to find their place in the corps.
For 2025, the cost is $800 and we offer payment plans, opportunities to volunteer in-kind, needs based scholarships and more. Cost shouldn’t be the obstacle to marching; let’s work to get you on the field.
2025 Interest Form
Live, Laugh, Drum Corps…On The Weekends
The Saints compete in Drum Corps International All-Age Class, while also performing at parades, band festivals, corporate events, etc. About 12-14 total events each year on the weekends (mostly Sat & Sundays, select Fridays), with select summer performances taking place on a weekday evening.
The majority of competitions are in Ohio, culminating in Indianapolis, IN at Drum Corps International World Championships the 2nd weekend (Fri-Sun) of August.

From local band directors, HBCU Band alumni, DCI World, US Military Band veterans, and more; our staff are able to specialize member education all season to help you reach the highest level!
March Drum Corps. Earn College Scholarships
Successful completion of a competitive season with the Columbus Saints waives audition requirements for the Wilberforce University Marching Band and pre-qualifies students for WU band scholarships up to $10,000 a year.
Saints Member Justin DeWitt attended Wilberforce University using this benefit, with no student loans, while performing as a member of the marching band, and pursuing a Bachelor’s Of Music.
