The Columbus Saints are an inclusive, weekend only competitive drum and bugle corps open to all ages. Since 2003, we’ve cultivated a vibrant community of musicians dedicated to crafting highly entertaining and fun performances.

Our commitment to accessibility, performance excellence, motivative us to use music to break down social barriers, and share the joy of marching music with audiences everywhere.

The Saints welcome musicians of all ages and skill levels, from eager beginners to seasoned pros. Whether you’re 12 or 50, we have a place for you. Join our marching arts community and discover the thrill of competitive drum corps together.

Columbus Saints

Take The Field

For membership within the Saints, you must complete the interest form, attend an upcoming open house and rehearsal, and find your placement with the corps. No age limit, just bring the passion and dedication to excel! Beginners, high schoolers, even drum corps or band veterans – all welcome to find their place in the corps.

We have three main sections: brass, percussion, and color guard, each further divided for specialization. With drum majors, our membership goal for 2025 the is 46 performers ensuring an friendly, focused experience.

For 2025, the cost is $700 and we offer payment plans, opportunities to volunteer in-kind, needs based scholarships and more. Cost shouldn’t be the obstacle to marching; let’s work to get you on the field.

Live, Laugh, Drum Corps…On The Weekends

The Saints are entering their sixth season competing in Drum Corps International All-Age Class, while also performing at parades, band festivals, corporate events, etc. About 12-14 total events each year on the weekends (mostly Sat & Sundays, select Fridays), with select summer performances taking place on a weekday evening.

The majority of competitions are in Ohio, culminating in Indianapolis, IN at Drum Corps International World Championships the 2nd weekend (Fri-Sun) of August.

March Drum Corps. Earn College Scholarships

Successful completion of a competitive season with the Columbus Saints waives audition requirements for the Wilberforce University Marching Band and pre-qualifies students for WU band scholarships up to $10,000 a year.

Saints Member Justin DeWitt attended Wilberforce University using this benefit, with no student loans, while performing as a member of the marching band, and pursuing a Bachelor’s Of Music.
